4. zz55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where fraud, abuse, money laundering, identity theft, or any other form of dishonest or illegal conduct is suspected.
5. In the event of your death, zz55 will work with your nominated estate representative to facilitate account closure and return of any verified balance, subject to completion of KYC and legal documentation requirements.

4. zz55 reserves the right to retract any bonus, free spin award, or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour, or if technical errors caused incorrect bonus amounts to be credited.

All players are expected to use the zz55 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. zz55 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any player whose conduct is determined to be unfair, abusive, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

1. Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features in an unauthorised way.
2. Use of any automated software, bot, macro, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with or manipulate the platform in any way not expressly permitted by zz55.
3. Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform, its games, or its payment systems.
4. Harassment, abuse, or use of offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language directed at zz55 staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
5. Any form of chargeback request submitted to your payment provider in respect of a genuine completed deposit. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension and will be contested by zz55.

zz55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of zz55 to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination and Suspension

zz55 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice, including but not not limited to where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; zz55 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; the player's account is suspected of being involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any outstanding disputes) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

10. Amendments to These Terms

zz55 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zz55 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
